We stayed here for 3 night for our Niagara Falls trip. It was super easy walk to Clifton Hills and all the falls attractions. There is a WeGo bus stop right in front of the hotel for easy transportation if you don’t want to walk. It was close enough to all of the area attractions but far enough away to be able to escape the business of it all. The room was really big. The beds were pretty hard. My only real complaint is more of a warning because I don’t know how the hotel can improve upon it. The breakfast was available from 7-10am daily. They did not serve any protein items besides yogurt. It was extremely crowded, often times with no where to sit and eat. One plus is they had coffee 24/7. I would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

Pros: Decent location to Clifton Hill and restaurants. Price was reasonable and clean Cons: One elevator for all 7 floors makes too long of a wait. No refrigerator in the room. Toilet paper holder on opposite side of the wall from the toilet making you have to get up to get paper

Bare bones, which is what I expected for the price. Pros: clean, decent comfy bed, friendly check-in, good location walkable to everything. Cons: no refrigerator, all the ice machines are on the 1st floor, and the breakfast room was so crazy crowded I didn’t even try for anything beyond coffee and a pastry. There are a LOT of families with a lot of kids, no doubt because it’s so affordable, but it’s hard to corral all those kids into a manageable breakfast setting. Not complaining, just be aware

We travel quite a bit, this has been one of the cleanest hotels we have checked into in a long time! The front desk staff wasn't overly friendly. Nice enough, but not out of the way nice. Housekeeping was superb! We would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others!

I liked that it was close the action. However, the breakfast corner is very small and couldn't fit all customer, plus options for breakfast food was very few. Rooms were ok, but not very cozy. I wouldn't have stayed more than 3 nights. The price was acceptable.

Great location, slow elevators, smoke smelly room

Hotel is ideally located on a busy strip with many attractions and restaurants. About 20 minute walk to the Falls. Pool seems nice. Breakfast was basic and the room was packed. Easy check-in and out. Elevators were slow to arrive (by the checkin desk) and once arrived, the doors would stay open for a long time (elevator by the pool). Worst part was that one of the rooms assigned to us was a smoking room, when we cleared booked non-smoking room, and the room had terrible (smoke?) smell, and the smell then gave us the creeps and made us feel dirty about the whole room. The room wasn't necessarily dirty, but becasue the smell was so prevalent, that it overtook the senses.
