We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Housekeeping always make up our bed & clean up the room during our 4 days stay @ a Suite room. I’m glad we booked at this hotel. Everyone is pleasant & this location is walkable to attractions.

I recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. The room itself had several issues: the lighting was too dark, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and both the toilet and shower area also carried noticeable odors. The shower pressure was weak, and basic amenities like shampoo were missing from the bathroom. The mattress was too soft, making it uncomfortable for a proper rest. Additionally, the elevator took quite a long time to arrive, which was inconvenient. On the positive side, the service was excellent—especially the fast and smooth checkout process, which I really appreciated. Overall, while the staff service was strong, the room conditions and facilities need significant improvement.
