Loved the location. Great walking distance to Clifton Hill and the Falls. Staff was very helpful. Nice that we had a big fridge and complimentary water. Did not like that we had to walk a bit to the parking lot. Especially if a single woman I would not feel safe. I would also recommend the hotel to get bigger towels. The ones provided are very small.

The room itself was very nice. It wasnt stuffy, the large window was great and the ceiling were high enough so it wasnt claustrophobic. It was quiet which we also appreciated. If i had to say a negative the pillows werent too comfortable and i wasnt too pleased with the parking arrangements. Some of the staff could have been a bit more pleasant. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.
