2 Front desk people were socializing and did not acknowledge us until they were done, which was extremely frustrating. Just saying “I will be right with you”, makes the customer feel like someone cares and knows you are waiting. Not a great start. Not a bad room, however there was a dirty sock behind the coffee machine which made us steer clear of the coffee……..

This hotel has a major problem that cannot be solved apparently and is a very big factor of why I would never stay there. This hotel does not have hot water. You all heard me right. This hotel has a major issue with their ability to deliver hot water in the upper suites. I spoke to the maintenance manager, who told me this of the record. We changed a couple of rooms because of that, but it did not help. This hotel also has a problem with the toilets. Sometimes they flush, sometimes they do not. So, if taking a shower is important to you, do not stay in this hotel.

I loved this hotel it was one of my favorites on Fallsview so far. I usually stay in Niagara with my boyfriend once a month as he works on a contract close by on some weekends. We had a great stay! We’ll be back!

Unpleasant Hotel Stay

Hotel design was odd. Parking wa$ $35-100 per night. Our room had sketchy hot water the 1st night and no hot water the second night to shower with. When I called the guest services they said “yeah that happens in the winter months” Really? That should be disclosed before you take payment. Basically a low end hotel trying to act like a high end one. Bathroom had mold in the shower. Would never stay here again and would not recommend. For the price you can do way better!

Room was musty upon arrival. Cold water tap on sink did not work. No hot water in room. Second room was not cleaned properly prior to check-in. Request for it to be addressed was not acted on. Had to make a second request. only saving grace is location and the ability to walk to neighboring venues
