Rooms were neglected staffing wasnt very helpful the rooms were seriously dirty scratches on the walls colouring on the walls everything out dated carpets coming up from the floor tv was all blurry they were not able to fix it so they transfered us to a different room no hot water in the second room they switches us to pool wasnt open witch we were totally unaware of but still had to pay a facility fee .. I won’t ever stay here again

the room was spacious but the furniture needs upgrading. tv sound and picture very poor, had to use my phone for entertainment. AC unit was noisy, had to call the technician to fix it, got done promptly. The bathroom lighting is inadequate, the toilet seat is too low and not big enough for adult. staff could have been more informative.
