Front desk Deksha needs to be retrained! Booked 2 days celebrating 40th birthday with family.
Upon check out, i have inquired why my billing receipt is different than the $ ones showing on my credit card. She asked me if i have consumed the water bottle(s) in the room and I said no i did not as we have brought a case of 30 bottles on our own- deksha replied "really- are you sure?" Unprofessional! That statement alone is implying that i lied to her. Thats disgusting and insulting! Manager has to look into this as the way she responds to valued customers does not reflect on the Hotels values. My expectations for this hotel is not what we have received. Valued clients deserve better while taking these holidays!
