The washrooms are sooooooo bad amd unpleasant and rooms are so small needs to modify the property need a lots of maintenance and new lighting feel like i was in a 1star hotel i know ramada is used to be a very nice brand from india but after visiting here i feel ramada is not what is used to be guys please work on your services its really bad the staff is so nice they are trying there best too keep everything up to standards and try there best whatever they can do but honestly guys your structure needs a lots of modifications

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from person name April at the front desk during my recent stay. When I approached her to request some toiletries, she seemed uninterested and asked unnecessary questions. Despite my polite request, she questioned our entitlement to the toiletries and asked about our length of stay. Her demeanor came across as unfriendly and unhelpful. As a paying guest, I expect a certain level of service and courtesy. Unfortunately, April's behavior fell short of my expectations. I hope the management will address this issue and provide better training to the staff to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests. *Room for improvement:* Front desk staff training, customer service, and hospitality. Feel free to modify it to fit your tone and style! 😊
