Our maid was great. Check-in was great. The only concerns hallway, a little musty, and our room. The first night was extremely cold, but once I brought it to their attention, they quickly resolve the issue definitely would stay again.

The hotel itself is stunning, location is incredible. We loved being able to walk everywhere. The garden across from the hotel is spectacular. Our room was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Water pressure in the shower was great. My only minor complaint is that we booked a queen sized bed and it definitely is not queen size. Our bed at home is a queen and this was a full size smaller. Not a big deal, it was still comfortable but definitely not what we had originally booked. Also the rooms run on the warm side. We had the "air conditioning" set to 15 Celsius (lowest it can be set) and it absolutely was Not 15 degrees. I would have been shivering to death, instead I was in a t-shirt and sleeping without a blanket because I was too warm. Again not a huge problem but I would have loved to have a more comfortable sleep. I would still recommend this hotel and we will be back ourselves. Considering those two small issues, we found the rates to be fair.

Loved the Marilyn Monroe history, do feel as if this should be more advertised! Close to the boarder crossing and the Clifton Hill WeGo bus stop. Very nice and attentive staff! Parking is pricey which we were surprised by.

It was our Honeymoon! I can't say enough great things about our entire experience at The Brock!! We mentioned why we were celebrating while checking in and were gifted with a bottle of wine and a little mesh bag of chocolates! Delightful!! The view of the falls we had did not disappoint. What a spectacular way to celebrate the first few nights of our honeymoon! We even got to see the fireworks display from our room, which was incredibly magical!

The front desk gave me a different room, not the one I had paid for, although I had already paid for breakfast. The associate refused it, and when I showed my proof, she accepted it, and when I refused the room which she offered me, she gave me a smaller room, but queen-size.

I don't have much to complain about, I really enjoyed my stay, it was very easy to get to Clifton Hill and you get a good view of the falls from the hotel area. I think it would be even better if there wasn't an extra charge for the in-room wifi, but I managed. I enjoyed the area and staff was nice so I'll come back.

We stayed here for our anniversary weekend. The service was great when we first got there and they even upgraded us to a fallsview room which was really nice of them. Unfortunately, the room you could barely see the falls (which I didn't mind too much because we originally didn't have a fallsview anyway) and after taking a shower I cut my foot on something in the washroom, we think it was a piece of glass or maybe even sharp plastic which we reported to the hotel. We parked in the hotel parking that was $40 for one night (which is pretty pricy but we were ok with this because we assumed our car would be safer there). But when we went back to our car the next morning, someone hit our car pretty badly and didn't leave a note. The bumper of our car was ripped out and the light shattered. I was shocked, when we asked security to see the cameras he chuckled a bit and said unfortunately where we parked is the only floor not covered by cameras. I had to cancel all our plans to deal with this issue and we reported it to the police who said they can't do anything as there is not enough information about the accident. Anyway we learnt our lesson to buy a camera for our car after this. We won't be going back to this hotel, although the staff is really nice and accommodating. I feel like the hotel doesn't really do enough to keep the guests staying there safe.

Easy walking distance to falls. Parking and finding registration was a little difficult and better instructions could be provided
