Staff very courteous, bed comfortable. Pillows left a lot to be desired. Don’t feel you need to charge for parking. Very quiet, nice view from Tower room 601. Have stayed her multiple times.

The front desk staff were exceptional and we had great conversation with the two of them. Our room was clean and as expected . The bed was not as comfortable as would have liked but still slept ok. Detectives notice before going the pool would be closed during our stay for routine maintenance. That was nice to get ahead of time. It ended up getting done while we were there. Not our first time at the Falls Inn- didn’t disappoint. Clean, friendly staff and location is good too.
