In the shower there was no hot water in the , and very low water pressure, and the regulator handle is very lose, after maintenance made repair we had hot water a better water pressure but regulator handle still very lose, is hard to regulate water temperature, there is mold and mildew in shower and paint is peeling from sealing around the vent fan, i chose the room that had a view of the tower but the tower that they meant is of their motel tower in rear of building and parking lot, the employees are fine but rooms need to be renovated completely.

Every time I book every year the pool and hot tub and sauna are always shut down. I book specifically for them and the walkable distance to the Clifton hill.

Kind staff but very disappointing property

This is a below-average hotel for the price point, and I found the condition of the room to be extremely disappointing. There was a mildewy, wet, chemically smell in all the rooms that I tried. The bathrooms were beyond dated and more like what you'd find in a dingy apartment. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows were these strange micro-pillows. For an extra $50 or $75, I'll be staying in a real hotel next time. I give the staff credit for trying to find a work around to make me comfortable for the night, but it was a miserable night.

Chambre au 2ème de la tour. Porte vitrée extérieure dans la chambre barrée avec un cadenas. 2 vieux fauteuils dangereux qu'on enfonce, toiles d'araignées dans les coins, Micro-ondes qu'on doit déplacer pour le connecter, pas fort. Seul bon point, près de toutes les attractions. Stationnement 20$
