Cleaning crew was super friendly!! Room was clean. The waterpark should be open earlier then 10am( even just keep slides closed till then but open rest. Very noisy until about 11:30pm. So hard to get small kids to sleep. Also, the walls/floor is very thin! Everytime the man I. Room above us peed, we heard😢. Overall, not bad. Good for 10 and under I would say

Great stay at the Americana! We got the room with bunk beds for the kids and it was very clean and spacious. A full table with 4 chairs to sit and eat in the room was a very nice practical touch. This is a relaxed, family-friendly stay. LOTS of kids and you can definitely hear kids/babies all the time, no matter where you are. My daughter (age 8) and I enjoyed the spa, the kids’ services are great and the staff is super friendly. It’s a smaller waterpark, but still lots of fun. One big perk is that you’re able to use the waterpark before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast buffet was tasty and decently priced. Altogether, really good value for money, we’d stay again!
