This hotel was conveniently located and walkable to all amenities and of course the falls. The staff very personable and friendly. The only recommendations I would like to see is a better quality blend of coffee (dark roast) and better quality and size of towels in the rooms.

I found the room clean and well laid out for the class. Convenient location, pleasant staff, welcoming and cheerful. Especially the breakfast room staff. They deserve special mention due to the way they handle the crowd effectively. We were given a handicap accessible room lol not sure why but on the plus side it is well laid out. The mattress I believe is at the end of its useful life. Our use was for one light after attending a concert at OLG so it's reasonable and we'll suited to our need
