Very out dated, not clean, shower was not working great and fit for a child size height, no coffeemaker in room, only stayed because I needed 3 beds, $20/night for parking in the lot.

You get what you pay for. Wasn't expecting much from our stay and that is what we got. The $20 on-site parking is limited, we got the last available spot when we came back from dinner. Climbing upstairs with luggage wasn't pleasant, but there was no other way to get to our room on the 2nd floor. The room itself was neat and relatively clean. The facility is old and outdated so the beds were just ok and comfortable enough for one night. There were no nightstands to place our things despite outlets and lights next to the beds. The sink was outside of the bathroom, so you have to exit the bathroom to wash your hands after using the toilet. We heard all kinds of loud noises during our stay, not sure if it was from other rooms or outside but it was definitely noticeable. The TV had a Roku stick which provided a few free movies and shows, but it was very limited. The free breakfast was 3 types of cold cereal, yogurt, green bananas, juice, mini muffins, sliced bread and frozen eggo waffles for toasting. I would not recommend staying here unless your standards are low and you don't really care where you stay.

Good walking distance to the main attractions. Continental breakfast was just decent because there weren’t many options to choose from. Room was okay, it came with everything you could possibly need but I wish they would do a better job at cleaning it more thoroughly. The room also reeked of mild cigarette smoke and was super noisy at night but I paid for a non-smoking room. This place isn’t very cost effective so I was hoping for a much better stay but lesson learned. You also have to pay $20 for parking every night, and parking spaces were very tight!

I am writing this review after one of the most disturbing experiences I’ve ever had while staying at a hotel. During my recent visit to [Hotel Name], I was subjected to disrespectful, racist comments by a member of the hotel staff. Not only were the remarks deeply offensive and unprovoked, but what made matters worse was the complete lack of accountability from hotel management. When I reported the incident, expecting at least a basic level of professionalism and care, I was met with indifference. The management failed to take the complaint seriously, offered no apology, and did absolutely nothing to address the situation. I also contacted Expedia, the platform through which I booked the stay, but unfortunately, they were equally unhelpful and failed to resolve or escalate the issue. Racism has no place in any environment—especially not in the hospitality industry, where guests should feel safe, respected, and welcomed. This experience left me feeling humiliated and unsafe. I urge others to be cautious before booking here. No one deserves to be treated the way I was.

This place was a huge disappointment from start to finish we arrived after a 9 hour drive at 12 am to be given a dirty room there was old food ,chips ect juice boxes and what appeared to be beer cans under our beds as well as some dirty unmentionables which had been there for some time as it was surrounded by layers of dust and crumbs, the bathroom was discusting.after taking photos and showing the check in desk I was given two options… either we could sleep in that room until the following day and cleaning service would come in and re clean or take another room we chose to take another room which was on the upper level it was a slight upgrade as far as cleanliness goes to say the least .We had people partying and slamming doors most of the night on the balcony it was an uncomfortable experience to have to leave the room in the evening to go anywhere or come back to and this went on all 3 nights we were there . I do not recommend staying here if you have small children ,the area surrounding it in the evening especially is also uncomfortable to walk through especially if you are a group of women. The walk to Clifton hills / falls was not far I’d say about ten min walk the front desk was polite that’s about the only two good things about this place all in all there’s a reason the price is cheaper than most hotels in the area don’t be fooled by its photos we definitely were
