Breakfast tasted good but variety could have been better. There was no fruit or yogurts. We had to go to breakfast right at opening otherwise there was a huge line waiting for food and no where to sit. Staff was good at constantly refilling food though and it was always hot and lots available. The hotel is so convenient in location to everything. Staff was all nice at the front desk and cleaners. Hotel is a bit run down but was very quiet. We enjoyed it over all.

The price is very cheap and includes breakfast, parking, and access to the water park. However, the hotel’s overall facilities are very outdated. Taking a shower was a nightmare! The water temperature was extremely unstable, switching between freezing cold and scalding hot. We didn’t even eat the included breakfast; the line was very long and the selection was very limited. There was no microwave in the room, and the entire hotel had only one microwave area. We had to wait about 20 minutes just to heat up food.

Room was clean , but washroom has tiles falling from the wall under the sink (room 325) , i requested and inspection for the shower mixing valve , since the water will fracture from warm to extremely hot out of no where , we had our kid wish just 4 years old and everytime he took a shower we had to monitor close as we did not wanted him get burn with the water , guess service took note after I complained but no one came to our room , we got back to the room and find the same problem … Disappointing as I have experience with hotel services in prior jobs . I will not go back

Great location and we loved the water park The layout of the family room was excellent but the decor is very very old and in dire need of refreshing. The rugs are torn and loose and the curtains are stained but the room itself was clean and the beds were very comfortable

The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Although the hotel is a bit old, it offers great value by offering free parking and breakfast, convenient location, as well as clean room.

The hotel is very aged...ie carpet was so worn you can see the fiber. Wallpaper was peeling. The wood furniture was damaged but stain was used to cover it up. Bathroom was a 1980s find. They definitely tried to keep a clean hotel. The swimming pool/ water was clean. Hotel has character. Honestly i wont complain for $100 a night midweek in Niagara. Are there better options, I'm sure. But location is great to walk everywhere.
