The hotel was filled with families for New Year's Eve & week end. The breakfast area was packed, long line ups due to the numbers, not due to slow service & the staff were incredible ensuring the buffet was continually stocked

Property is close in proximity to Clifton Hill and Niagara Casino. Room was a junior king suite with casino vouchers. The room itself was humid when we got in. There was mould around the tub and wallpaper was peeling on every wall. Breakfast was busy and difficult to navigate at times. There are only two elevators located at the back of the building which were long waits. On the way to check out, a large leak appeared on the ceiling above the jetted tub. Overall price not consistent with the cleanliness or care the hotel needs to offer. I likely would not return to this establishment.

the room was ,clean ,but the carpet and chairs are od and dirty..this place needs some updating .So happy with the view ,fridge is great and the bed was very comfortable .Very friendly staff,been many times ,and will return in winter months.
