We had the best time at Sterling Inn and Spa! The room was gorgeous, with all of the little details done perfectly! The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic!

We had heard great things about this hotel. Although it was fine, it did not live up to expectations. This is especially true since we paid a much inflated Valentine weekend rate. We stayed for two nights and no one ever came to clean our room. The entire hotel was really warm and we had our windows open to be comfortable. We were told at check in that there would be a special Valentine gift in our room. Nothing came until the end of the day when we had to go to the front desk to ask about it. The shower in our room was not working correctly and we had to take luke warm showers. The whole experience was just very average at best. Not sure we would go back to this hotel.

Oh my goodness. My stay was absolutely amazing. I had to force myself out of my room. I used my jacuzzi at least 5 times. The location is amazing. Literally 5 mins away from everything including the falls.

staff was friendly upon arrival, check in was quick and we were informed on how the continental breakfast worked/how to order and other information regarding the hotel. the room was spotless, some things may need replacing or minor touch ups; cap on the shower valve came off by just turning it and the small side table set in front of the tv was wobbly and had some chipping on the top of the table. everything else was well functioning and clean! lots of amenities provided in the washroom as well. the continental breakfast was lovely and just enough food, delivered on time and quickly. didn’t get a chance to try their restaurant- would definitely recommend!
