Great hotel but housekeeping service patchy

We are a couple who stayed here for 4 nights. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Rhys. We were assigned a corner room. Room was great, spacious and had great amenities. However, housekeeping service was patchy. The toilet was clearly not cleaned one of the days, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel has nice amenities. Gym was well equipped, though it’s on the small side. Pool was also great, though they were running out of towels. Overall, a nice stay.

Hotel reception staff were very pleasant and attentive. Room Decor was excellent with modern A/C controls that worked well. One of the bathroom sink faucets was loose ( needs maintenance) Other than that everything was great, we would stay there again. Laurence.

This was a great boutique style hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located, close to Roger’s Field, CN Tower, Hockey Hall of Fame, others. I can wait to come back.
