Exceptional service - from the valet parking, front desk, and the concierge; everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself ( historical suite) was absolutely lovely - great layout, many features, fantastic mirrors ( for those of us doing make-up!), and incredibly clean. The location was perfect - just a super short walk to many restaurants, the St. Lawrence Market and Roy Thomson Hall. Wonderful experience all around.

This property is centrally located. Easy access for grab and go foods, grocery nearby at Brookfield Place ( Longos market), many restaurants of course and attractions. Staff is very pleasant. Housekeeping is average due to lateness of service some days, and quality of towels ( not worn but not fluffy either). Kitchenette amenities are ultra basic and inadequate for any real food preparation.
