The staff were amazing and very attentive, the room however was supposed to be a king size bed and was a queen and there was only scolding hot water, we could not get it to run cold water at all which made taking a shower quite uncomfortable.

No room service. All I wanted was tea with honey and my request was not fulfilled. I don’t think I asked for a lot. Check in was slow. When we were checking out there were 5 people behind the front desk talking to eachother and said there’s no bell boys and we were waiting for our bags. Unprofessional and we shouldn’t have had to wait so long while employees were talking.

I booked a room with an interior view and I guess I was expecting to look in at a courtyard or something to that effect but it almost looked like a construction zone and no light into the windows.
