Very quiet property The check in wasn’t very welcoming after arriving at 2:30 AM Our very first day they didn’t clean my room at all no clean bedding no clean towels garbage still in the room no water refreshed At 8:30 PM we notified front desk agent about and the Indian ethnicity agent told me ….. nothing they can do about it at this time and we need to wait until tomorrow I requested for a late check out and we are able to pay check out fee…… she said I need to come back tomorrow and speak with manager about?????? Do they have proper training or skills to take decisions? I’m travelling with a person with disabilities and on top of that I have to deal with hotel issues I won’t stay here again and won’t recommend this hotel at all

This hotel has 3 elevators and 2 of them were out of service. We had to wait min half an hour to get in to the elevator. The flush was out of order too. I am not recommending this hotel

Overall it was fine. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. The location was convenient. The checking in and out process was easy. However, out of the 3 elevators, 2 were out of order which caused extended wait times. That was very inconvenient especially for a building with that many floors. The gym equipment was dated and unkept. The kettlebells were all rusty. The spa was permanently closed which bummed me out. There was no room service as in food and beverage. You would have to order from nearby restaurants. There were no kettles in the room just coffee machines. There was no microwave to reheat food next to the ice machine on my floor although I was told there was one on the second floor. If you plan on spending your time outside the hotel then it would work just fine.

The hotel is really nice looking from the outside. Could use some paint touch up here and there but nothing crazy really. The room (Deluxe King) was cozy and had all the amenities you’d need. I’d go back again if I needed to be in the area for business.

What an amazing weekend getaway in Toronto! Pan Pacific is very easily accessible vis transportation. Surrounded by a lot of restaurant options. The staffs are very accomodating and the room I stayed in is very well prepared and clean. I would definitely book again in this hotel the next time I am in town.
