The only complaint would be the mattress on the pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. Otherwise, it was a great place in a perfect location and all the staff were nice and helpful.

People working the counter were nice, especially Rachel who made checking in easy & always made sure to say hello, goodbye and to have a great day when I was entering or leaving the premises. Other than the workers, the hotel was nice and located in walking distance of so many places, which helped to make the stay in Toronto perfect.

I’m honestly surprised by the rate that this hotel got with Expedia. 9.2 is a huge blessing and favor for them. There is no problem in be simple, just be clean. The feeling when there is that everything is old and not clean. Don’t recommend the stay.

This is a conveniently located hotel in downtown Toronto. It’s close to numerous bars, restaurants, and an easy and safe 15 minute walk to Rogers Center. Very quiet, as advertised, and the staff made sure the safe in our room was fixed shortly after we told them that we couldn’t lock it. The mattress was a bit too soft but overall I would recommend staying there.

Our second time staying here and it was great! Rooms are large and clean. A lot of restaurants within walking distance. Jacuzzi on the 22nd floor has a great view, we would return again!

Family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child under 12), the accomodation was perfect. A main bedroom plus a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed for our child. The kitchen had a tea/coffee making machine with pods that can be resupplied for free, a mini bar and a separate fridge for us to store drinks purchased from the grocery store across the road. Kitchen also had a sink and a microwave. The room looks tired but clean and the functionality and location makes up for it. The gym is small and not hi-tech but functional and I used it for 4 of the 7 days I was there. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. The location was perfect for transportation and entering the PATH. During our stay, it rained for several hours on a couple of days, but we made use of the underground PATH that links subway, shopping centres, eateries in downtown Toronto so did not get wet. We had to check out of our room at 11:00 but our flight home was at 18:25, however, the hotel was more than happy to store our luggage whilst we spent a couple of hours eating and shopping. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel to friends and family.
