Dear Expedia
I went to the hotel taking an Uber and paid over 25 dollars. When I arived in the hotel with my luggage the hotel reception told me Expedia had canceled my booking and I have no reservation .I reserved for 3 nights in your website to be told I do not have a booking .The receptionist told me the booking is rejected because of credit card issue .No one contactd me and I was on Air canada flight heading to Toronto from Punta Cana on the time the reception girl said Expedia sent me a messge .What type of messge was it ? I didnt receive any messge .I book on Expedia usually and canceling my booking becausebmy credit card may be didnt pass through is a bad experience. I litterally begged the girl to help me with partner hotels and she sent me to a Comfort Inn hotel close to Dixie road .A terrible hotel 2.5 star rated but it doesn't deserve any star. The rooms are tiny with zero amenities and the breakfast hall is a ghost town .they charged me over 186 dollars for a night .I cancelled the next morning and moved to Holiday inn IHG group. That Comfort inn is a discomfort inn place .......One chef serving the entire hall and the dinning room is lifeless and looks an abandoned house...
