Our flight into Pearson was cancelled due to the biggest snow-storm in years the morning of our flight. The hotel billing themselves as a " airport " hotel would not let us cancel and charged us full price for an empty room. I find this outrageous and will never use this chain again.

The lady at the front desk was horrible. I have to get another attitude from her. The room was bad. There was rat traps in the kitchen and the sheets was not changed. We noticed that in the morning. Just so that it’s not worth the money.
