We only stayed one night but the staff treated us like we had been there many times. We will consider staying here again. We arrived on the go train, attended a blue jays game that they won. It was a great spot to connect with family. Will do this again!

Would have been a great stay if they would have honoured the room type that I booked. Hotel is clean & quiet but I booked a room with 2 Queen beds and they said there was none available when I checked in a 6 pm. Gave us a king with a pull out sofa which was basically like sleeping on springs & made spring noises every time you would move at all. There was nothing left of that mattress at all for comfort. Worst sleep EVER!! (Or should I say we didn't get much sleep)

We checked in on Thursday night, the AC did Not work and it was 81* for the entire night we were boiling hot. I informed the front desk in the morning and they said they’d look into it. I had to go to work at a dance competition with my 9 year old daughter. I received a phone call saying the AC was unrepairable and we’d need to change rooms. We did not arrive back at the hotel until 11pm and we were told we’d be compensated for the inconvenience of no AC & then changing rooms late at night with my young daughter. The next morning, the front desk person knew nothing about the compensation agreement and brought out the manager who immediately had a disrespectful attitude. He stated there would be no compensation because I booked through Expedia, when I expressed my frustration with the inconsistent agreement about compensation he began yelling at me in front of my child. Do not stay at this hotel. Rooms are small and staff is rude. Never have I been treated so badly.

This is our favourite hotel for so many reason. It is clean, comfy, and beautiful. The best part is the staff. Super friendly and they go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome, especially kids.
