We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Toronto Centre! The front desk staff, especially Paul, was exceptionally professional and attentive ,he gave us clear directions and even surprised my daughter with a lovely little teddy bear, which absolutely made her day. Our room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was fantastic , with a wide variety of delicious options and top-quality food. Overall, our experience exceeded expectations in every way. Our room was very dusty and needed a good deep clean. Maid knocked on our door even though the “do not disturb” sign was on the door. I had to call for more water and Kleenex. They should have been restocked when they cleaned the room. And the $25 amenity fee was a surprise even though we did not use the spa, etc. For the cost; I’m sure there are better options in the same area.
