The staff are very nice. Wasn’t too crazy about the room. Bathroom is a bit run down and I wouldn’t shower as the bathtub had mold on the side. Very noisy floor. Heard a woman scream twice between 2/3 am. I’m on the 20th floor so I don’t think it came from outside. Took us a few hours to get the room heated and bathroom was freezing. But as I said staff were nice and the king size bed was cozy. Not a lot of voice on TH channels to just relax. We were at Princess Margaret Hospital for cancer so a long day driving from another city to hospital then here.

The staff was nice, but the amenities were not great. The hotel's only restaurant was extremely busy so I could not eat dinner there. I tried ordering room service but after calling 5 times without anyone answering the phone I gave up.
