Some areas need upgrading

Good location wirh comfortable beds. Was in room with older bathroom, tub patched and leaky taps. Full credit to housekeeping staff - they quickly provided extra towels and cups suitable for two people as room only outfitted for a single traveler. Roof top pool and hot tub showed signs of age...rusty fittings on handles for pool stairs and hot tub not filled fully. We did not spend much time in the hotel beyond sleeping and one morning visit to the pool.

Conveniently located hotel in downtown Toronto. There are 2 pools, one with a waterslide and another pool on the rooftop. They aren't very large but fun. The arcade room has some video games but they are very old and not well maintained.

The hotel location is great. Access to all the shops, dining and services in the area. It is fairly walkable to most sites and things to see and do. If you need transportation it is available but is not the best to get around. The hotel is clean and service is excellent. It is an old hotel so there is still some maintenance needed and the walls are thin. Overall a good experience.
