Enjoyed the heater pool outdoors in the winters. The room itself and view was decent. The staff at the reception was nice and helpful. I enjoyed being around in the lobby area as well. They should maintain the indoor pool area, the ceiling looked like it needed some work. Same applies for changing room and sauna, so I didn't quite enjoy that.

They will take your money even if you cancel.

Garbage horrible manager named Marina. They took $316 from after I canceled with them. They said they didnt receive the call and just took my money. Screw the place and especially that Manager.

The stay was nice however the buffet breakfast we paid a lot of money for was not good. The food selection was decent but all the food was cold (eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, etc).

The deluxe suites never disappoint at this location, everything is always very clean and well maintained. The indoor/outdoor heated pool is always very nice in the winter. This time I did notice the pool and surrounding area had started to show some signs of deterioration, hopefully that is fixed up in time for our next stay, but overall it’s always a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Incessantly barking dog, clearly left alone in the room for the night, two doors down kept us awake until 3am!!!! Finally got moved to a room on another floor, but a terrible disruption to our special Valentine's night away and ruined our whole experience. Very unfortunate!

Our stay at the Hilton was great! Nice location, accessible to walk anywhere downtown. The heated rooftop pool and sauna are great features. My only complaint is that the mini fridge in the room was constantly humming and it was quite loud. Also the doors to the rooms weren’t very sound proof, we could hear every time someone closed a door in the hallways. Made it a little difficult for sleeping.
