Room was mostly clean but showing its age; cigarette burn mark in the bathtub, obvious scuff marks on the desk, damaged hinge on mini-fridge. The pool was enjoyable but signage for usage requirements are not obvious or located at the entrance to the pool area. Charges for overnight parking were a bit of a shock considering that most people who stay at a hotel are coming from out of town which generally requires use of a car or other vehicle.
