It was a nice stay, the pool was super cold and their is no hot tub to warm up in. We found the sauna in the change room, the website mentioned a steam room as well but never saw one. It was too windy to use the outdoor pool, but it looked nice. Parking is $12/day, they do have underground parking that the front desk didnt tell us about - found it ourselves. Transit line is close but still takes over an hour to get downtown if you use it. Room was okay, bathroom quite dated. Had a small fridge and no microwave. Didnt use the balcony since the cicadas were so loud when we were there. Had dinner in the resturant, they have two menus and the resturant menu is more expensive than the smack burger menu, so probably best to just order for delivery off the cheaper menu. Resturant was kinda dispointing, they dont accept cash - which is fine if you read the sign before your seated. Pop was $4 and no free refill, didnt inform us of that and offered to bring a second anyway. Was surprised by the prices when it came. Food was okay. Breakfast buffet is $20 each guest each day and we didnt partake, didn't look worth spending 60+ for our group to eat. Checkout was easy, placed it in a box. Probably would only stay again if i had something going on in that area of town.

The ad said the deluxe suites were sound proof. Which they are not. The bed was ridiculously hard as the mattress looked to be from the 1970s (and appeared to either be discolored or stained). The toilet looked to be from the 90s, and didn't flush properly. The sink plug was rusty. There was no hot water to shower late morning on Saturday. There was hugh gross dust bunnies in the AC unit. THAN we woke up Sunday morning to the smell of someone chain smoking at 6am. Will not be staying here again if I come back into Toronto. The onsite restaurant served basic hamburgers that were under cooked. Gentlemen working the front door was lovely. Very attentive and polite. Only good thing about this propery is that the Tim Hortons up the road made an amazing cup of coffee.

I found it so expensive for the type of property that it is... I would say is something closer to a Motel for... $100 - $120 a night: no microwave, old doors, mattress in bad shape... not really a Hotel.
