If you are a smoker there is no smoking area. They tell you to stand 10 feet away from the building. So you have several smokers sitting or kneeling on concrete. We are adults. Don't treat us like children. Also there are signs that say "stay off the grass" so pavement it is. Absolutely no smoking area. Belconies attached to rooms but you can't smoke on the balcony of your room or they fine you. I tried to discuss this with a staff member. He was very rude and scolded us for smoking in an area outside the pool, but literally no smoking area. If you want to party.. choose a different hotel. Pools are small and mediocre.

Awesome experience at Don Valley

The hotel was perfect. Comfortable room, awesome restaurant and bar, good food, friendly employees. It was a home away from home and I loved every moment. Will definitely refer Don Valley to friends and would love to come back and stay again

The hotel had an indoor and outdoor pool area that made for an enjoyable evening. The rooms were nice, but queen beds would be more relaxing than doubles. They were very comfortable though, as were the pillows.

The worst hotel I have ever been to EVER!!!! The beds had stains and dirt all over it. From the start after check-in we Asked the souvenir shop in the lobby if they had a currency exchange in the building and she said no but proceeded to let us know that she could exchange at her register. I gave her 50 usd and she gave me back 50 Canadian dollars. She was supposed to give me 68.77 in Canadian currency. When I told her about it she said she wasn’t giving me the full amount and that I couldn’t get my money back. She pretty much robbed me and laughed in my face. I went to the manager of the hotel and he said he couldn’t help me cause they are separated. As the gift shop we went to our room and there was a smell as soon as we opened the door. We shook it off. 2 minutes go buy and a staff member try’s walking into our room to do inventory. Our check in time was 3pm. We checked in at 3:28pm. Why would they do inventory after we check in? What ever. We shake that off. Next I do my check list before unpacking. I couldn’t believe the bed didn’t have bed bug covers on them. Instead all I saw was dirt and blood spots all over the mattress and

Great Motel

We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and clean. I found it very quiet to sleep at night. The house keeping staff were polite and helpful. Our stay was very pleasant.
