It’s the little things …

Absolutely astounding customer service. It’s the little things that matter. ❤️ Whomever checked us in deserves praise. I wish I had got her name. Also, we requested more towels which were promptly delivered. This hotel is a do not miss if you need a place to stay near the airport.

I like the availability of the shuttle sevice, although the driver, this time, dropped me at Terminal 3 on the Arrivals level instead of the Departures level. He said the Elevator is just inside the door that I can take up to Departures. This angered me, as I had a lot of baggage. I had full intention of giving the man a good tip because of my excess baggage. But he got no tip because I could not find any good reason why he would drop me on level 1. And it was a good thing as the elevator was not even close to where he dropped me, I had to push the cart down to the far end of the building to get on the elevator. I think he may have made a mistake and didn't want to go all the way around again. I don't know, but it wasn't acceptable. Outside of that shuttle episode, at this hotel I find the availability of dining options within a short walking distance excellent. Staff in the restaurant on the Lobby level of the hotel were very friendly. I always stay at this location when travelling through Pearson on an overnight layover.
