Great stay at the Alt Hotel. Room was clean and well appointed. Ordered room service which was delicious and had a swing in their chair in the lobby. The train service from the airport was great however it was not working the next morning and instead of waiting outside for buses in -20 degree weather we took an Uber to Terminal 3 for $18

As always, the hotel met our expectations. We always stay here prior to an early YYZ start as the tram is reliable and covered value parking right next door. Service in the lounge for dinner is fast and polite. The pizza is excellent.
