I’m an attempt to appease me the front desk clerk told me our room would be ready at 2pm. It wasn’t ready until 4. If it’s not available just say that.

I've stayed here before. Great place to stay downtown. Very convenient, friendly staff. Unfortunately, when I contacted them to advise of a very late arrival, it would have been nice to be told that the road in front of them was closed due to construction and then given directions on how to safely get to the front desk. Nothing was mentioned about this. Very disappointing.

The location is excellent, close to transit, restaurants, shopping. It's centrally located and in walking distance of various interesting sites.
