Everything is good about this Hotel, The only thing is that this Hotel does not have a Restaurant or Bar inside the Hotel. You have to Walk to the Hilton Hotel right beside this Hotel to have a Drink or if you want to eat something. Other than this, this Hotel had great Breakfast.

I had issues with checkin.i called ahead and was told I could arrange an early checkin if I paid the$40 early check in fee. When I arrived at the hotel the check staff told me there was no such thing. I required the room to accommodate a young child but had to drive around for an hour and come back. At that time one room was ready which I appreciated but then I sat in the lobby for another 3 hours waiting for my second room. I understand that check in times may very but in this case I called a head and was assured by 2 front desk employees that I could pay a fee to gain early check in. It’s a very nice hotel and the stay is good but it got off to a very rocky start

I can't speak highly enough of this hotel! It's easily the best I've ever experienced. The facilities are not just modern but impeccably clean and stunningly beautiful. From the lobby to the rooms, every corner exudes an air of sophistication and comfort. Speaking of rooms, they're incredibly spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. And the breakfast—it's a delight. Our stay was great—the room was huge and immaculate with a fridge and microwave. Breakfast brunch was good. We were there for an event at the EY Centre across the street (about a15 minute walk). Unfortunately I am awaiting knee and foot surgery and am unable to walk that far. The hotel has a shuttle to the airport but no transportation to the convention centre and neither Uber nor can companies would do such a short run. We asked at the front desk but they couldn’t help. Finally someone attending the same event gave us a ride. If we’d stayed at a hotel farther away transportation would have been easy. I would not stay at this hotel again for this reason. I would think they could have taken us over on the airport shuttle but they would do so. Educational experience for me as a disabled person. And future lossof patronage for the hotel.
