Location was very convenient for enjoying the Rideau Canal Skateway, appreciating the beautiful architecture around Parliament, great lunch and dinner options. Kids really appreciated the pool and breakfast, as well as the comfy sofa bed. The bath products were a really nice touch. And Dyson was exceptional at the front desk - full of information, going above and beyond with requests and tips. He made our stay truly wonderful.

We enjoyed our two night stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The breakfast on both days was great and plenty of seating even when it was busy. We ordered dinner from the on-site restaurant and brought it back to the room. It was prepared quickly and the food was delicious. The only thing I would say about the restaurant is if you want a coffee to go, make it in your room. We should have asked the hotel for an extra coffee pod. We were charged the price of Starbucks and it was a super small coffee. We will start bringing a few K-cup pods with us going forward.

I would stay there again. Friendly staff and breakfast is delicious. The only thing is parking. The entrance is very narrow with sharp 90 degress turn with no warning, scraped my van on the way in.

Room lacked the amenities and the finish of the common areas. For example we had a kitchenette suite and no dining space, nor chairs. Promised Tempuredic mattress, actual was lousy innerspring.

Perfect location, very modern, spacious and clean room. Breakfast options were plenty and the best I’ve experienced at a hotel! Only area to improve would be the unpleasant kitchen smell coming from the restaurant into the lobby in the evenings.
