This was my second time visit to westin Ottawa and i didn’t like it much. House keeping always left behind bedding and garbage. Some of the staff members at breakfast seemed to be doing you a favour by serving you. I had to pay extra for the room but last time there was no extra charges. Overall i didn’t like it much and would explore more options in my next visit to Ottawa

Check in was the very worst in my many years of staying at Westins all over the globe - the person was extremely rude and left us standing at the counter for 20m while she clearly went on break (took her water bottle with her when she had to check something in the back)
