The room was spotless and spacious. The staff was very courteous. Just one thing, the TV on the wall was set back a considerable distance from the bed and it wasn’t very big. If that is the only configuration possible, perhaps a larger TV screen might be in order. No biggie, otherwise a fantastic stay.

The staff were very helpful and polite throughout our stay. The room, bathroom, and kitchenette were all very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. This hotel was a fantastic little gem. Booked it not expecting anything special just thought it would be a handy little spot for an after holiday break in Ottawa . What an absolute surprise. Staff friendly, curtious,and everyone went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is spotless the rooms have everything you need and more. you can park onsite the complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Coffee available all day. I could go on and on. Don’t hesitate to book here you will be pleasantly surprised it was far more than a place to sleep. The hotel has some very cool artwork as well.
