I would have given all 5 stars however theirs construction going on behind the hotel. Starts at 7:00am and goes all day, jackhammering. It’s very loud in the rooms, they even upgraded us to the furthest from the construction and it’s still very loud. Can’t sit in the room to have a conversation!

I have stayed here before several times. There is construction going on nextdoor and there is a loud jackhammer noise that starts st 7 AM and lasts all day. Obviously this will end at some point but I was not aware of this when booking. I have Globalist status with Hyatt and they offered me an upgrade to a suite on the 13’th floor. The view was beautiful and the suite was large and very nice. The carpet and upholstery was stained and the furniture was a bit damaged and worn. It was still very nice. I asked for a humidifier and they brought me one. When I checked in, I was told that I would receive a free breakfast. The first morning,I ordered off the menu and it was lovely. The service was excellent, as was the food. The second morning, they offered a serve yourself continental breakfast. The croissants were wonderful and I was satisfied. When I checked out, I was told that the breakfast charges would be credited to my account due to Globalist status. However, subsequently, I received an email that the staff made an error. Because I booked on Expedia, I will need to pay for the two breakfasts. When I checked in, the person working there was very polite to me and went out of his way to upgrade the suite. I very much appreciate that. He also gave me a coupon for a free drink at the rooftop bar. When I went there and ordered dinner, I was advised that the only wine that can be offered is the House Pino Grigio. I chose to order a different one and pay for it.

The HOTEL IS AMAZING and so is the staff. Only trouble was the nearby construction woke us up at 7 am with a pile driver!!! Stay here when construction is finished.

The hotel warned about construction noise which was fine. What wasn’t fine is dirty towels and no room cleaning.. we weren’t in the room from 1045am till noon and then again from 230-midnight. Nobody ever did the room..so we never got towels, never had water refills. Additionally the shower didn’t work properly, the shower head couldn’t stand up had to use the rainfall.. which meant gf had to get hair wet.. just not good condition. Hotel is slipping from when they first opened and not on par with any other Andaz property I have stayed at. Unfortunately.

Great stay. Our check in was fabulous. We were upgraded to a better room and very happy with it given we were a group of 3 women away for the weekend. There is extremely loud construction going on and the whole hotel vibrates. I wish the hotel would have given me a heads up. It lasted from when we arrived til 7pm at night. So be prepared for that. Otherwise our stay was good. The hotel is close walking to so many restaurants and bars. Theres always something to do. The roof top patio was nice for drinks as well. Overall a good stay. Thanks!

There is a big construction project next door. The jack hammer starts at 7:00am, and goes on until 9:00pm. Apparently this is allowed. It is EXTEMELY LOUD!! And makes sitting in the room unbearable, if you’re looking for peace and quiet this is not the place to stay. Had I known this is happening, I would not have picked this hotel! In addition, the rooms could use some refreshing. Seems a bit worn down. Chipped paint, overused towels & robes, some of the lights to working, etc.
