Hotel itself is nicely designed. The room is not too big or too small, the space is functional with comfort. I like the design of their lighting, I can open and close the light I want at my bed. I don't need to walk around the room to close the light. And the light is bright enough to do some work or read at the room.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and could hear the loud base from the party room below us up until midnight on a Saturday. Surprised the sound proofing wasn’t a bit better. We also hated that there was no parking available on site and the only option was a valet service for $48/night or random public parking in the area. This was not clearly advertised. The room was clean but the snacks/drinks were not restocked. The rooftop bar was very nice and the view from our room was beautiful. Also the rain shower had good water pressure.

I have come to the Andaz many times over the years and have recommended it repeatedly. I’m not sure if this property is now under new management, but I’m not sure that I will ever go back. We were not informed of the fee for parking until arrival. $48 is wild, with no guarantee that our spot will be available if we left. “Everything in your room is complimentary” was misleading. There were two cans of Coke, an upside down bag of chips, and a broken wine glass. No other beverages around. The paint on the wall was peeling. Our room had a faint spicy scent. For the price, this was a poor experience. I love the rooftop bar but we don’t need to stay here to enjoy that. This hotel went from a 10/10 to a 4/10 almost overnight. So sad to see this.

The room was basic and showing wear. Very little amenities provided in the room. Rooftop was closed for private event. Check in was painfully slow. Valet car return was lengthy and overall process and communication about car return did not go well.

The property was great but be aware that there is heavy construction work going on right beside the hotel which negatively impacted our stay (which is why my rating is 3 stars and not 4) Other than that, location was perfect.

Great location in the market area. I enjoyed my stay and really appreciated the fact that your hotel supplied free bottled wayee as needed, as that is extremely important to me. Also a wonderful place for walking to so many local sights. The room had a great view and was very comfortable.

We booked the room with the view king bed with breakfast included but the bed looked like a queen not king very tiny can call it a mini king plus when we went in for breakfast next morning they said we do need reservation for that but now it’s full so can’t get us the table so have to do breakfast outside when you check out which is horrible plus no parking available only option was valley which was $48 so they could make more money…worst experience ever I should have bonded a cheap asa motel instead
