The room was spotless albeit smaller than I expected. I think that’s because king size beds wouldn’t have been common when the hotel was built. Elevators were quick and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfectly placed to walk just about anywhere in the city. A great experience.

Location - absolutely perfect. Room - clean, but dated. Bathroom - clean, effective Lobby / valet/ guest services staff - pleasant and helpful! Atmosphere - lacklustre. Possibly undergoing renovations but very bland and lacking. Not a decoration in sight, unless you count the faux Christmas trees still up. Restaurant - So very rude. We had kids with us, and even in a completely empty restaurant were shoved in a back room out of sight twice. Won’t stay here again, which is really unfortunate because the location is so great.

We spent sunday outside enjoying winterlude and came back to the hotel excited for a nice hot tub after a long cold day. The hot tub was closed early as was the pool. We spent the extra money to bring our kids to a hotel with a pool and hot tub. We were very disappointed!!
