Everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful, from the doorman to the concierge to housekeeping. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My only complaint would be the noise of the heating cooling unit. It wasn't loud enough to keep us awake but it did make the TV volume challenging.

Close to everything we wanted to do. And easy to get to from the UP train. We had a Great Lake view . Staff at the dining options were all amazing . Will definitely stay here again .

The hotel and services were great. One item to work on would be the elevator availability and elevator wait time. We stayed in the north tower and seemed like an excessive time to wait for an elevator to go anywhere. One of the 4 elevators was out of service most of our stay, and it seemed like only two of the three remaining were actually functioning. The hotel did have staff assisting with elevators, but I’m not sure if that improved elevator availability. Other than that, great experience..

Very cozy!

Nice and cozy! Very close to the arena, which is why we decided to stay here- easy walk there and back. Only downside was having the restaurant not apart of the actual hotel so we could not take food or drinks to the room.

It's a beautiful place but can use some updating. No parking for our oversized vehicle. This cost us $30 more on top of $1000 for the one night stay! Coffeemaker broken. Difficult to check in because I forgot my ID at home and my husband's ID was not acceptable since the reservation was not in his name and since we booked through a 3rd party, we should call them. I was given a sticky note with Expedia number on it. After providing my passport ID on my phone along with a physical business card with my photo on it, they finally obliged after speaking with the manager.
