I had an issue the last time I stayed at the Park Hyatt. The manager immediately got in touch and promised to improve my next stay. They were true to their word. This Hotel is in a great location , but most of all the staff were amazing very helpful and professional they really couldn’t to enough to help and make you feel welcome. Great front desk staff and staff all around/ had an issue in the Joni Restaurant with the server Mohamed presenting us with the wrong bill. That we paid for and then had to get reversed which took time: that was the only blip in service as not what I woke expect at the Park Hyatt/ room was nice and clean although the carpet was not vacuumed every day and the bath towels not good quality. Overall enjoyed my stay and everyone was nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay her again.
