Overall pretty good except that we had a bit hiccup in the beginning when we realized that we were given one of the few two bedroom suites with only one washroom. The manager helped with the situation quickly but just for anyone who needs two washrooms, make sure you mention it to them ahead of them.

The room was comfortable enough. The bathroom toilet needs to be replaced and the bed was squeaky when we moved. I know you’re renovating the floors above us on the 6th which is good but bad because then you will increase the price

The suite (1 bedroom) that we had was huge! It had a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator/ freezer, dish washer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, pots, pans, cups), washer/ dryer, kitchen table, sofa, chairs, 2 TVs. There was a party going on on our hallway and we could not hear a thing from it in our room. The pool is good (no hot tub or sauna) and the workout room was quite equipped, too.

We reserve a suite a few days before our check in yesterday, After the reservation was confirm we realized that we needed a slight change in the suite and the required change did not alter the price of the suite. So we call the reception at the hotel just to be told that they are not able to do such a change and we need to contact expedia. We did and our requested change was accepted at no extra cost and this was confirm to us in a e-mail from expedia. When we check in yesterday the reception desk did not accept the requested change and further argued that the request was not accepted even with a confirming e-mail in hand. Needless to say we were most disappointed.We were planning a ladies shopping W/E, However we ended up with this blunde refusal. dominating the W/E, I for one will not be standing there again and we do not recommend this establishment for other potential quess.

The space for the family room was great. However the kitchen wasn’t equipped as well as it could be. The beds are very hard and the couch uncomfortable. The bathrooms and showers were great. The cleaning staff attentive and friendly. Parking very expensive and should be reduced based on room stay.

Great hotel

Amazing spot to have a great stay in Ottawa. It is centrally located and close to everything. Very spacious suite and having the kitchen allows you to make your own meals. Staff was very friendly and accomdating. Highly recommend it.
