Best Western Plus Ottawa City Centre was located in the convenient location for me to help my child move into university. Shoppers Drug Mart across the street was open for 24 hours and saved her time to buy some stuff she forgot to bring from home. The room was nice and clean, and very quiet. After a long day, I was able to take a good rest.

Staff were nice. Our room was extremely small and in the corner. It was probably an old closet or storage room at one point. The heater nor air conditioner worked. As well half the plug ins didnt work. The bathroom was so small that you had to get into the bathroom and go behind the door to actually close the door

Check in tool awhile... long line. Nice and clean. It was quiet and the pool area was nice. A heater for the pool would be good Will definitely stay here again. We stayed here last year and enjoyed it as well.
