The room was expensive for what it was, and the price per night went up another $100.00 a night after taxes and resorts fees and front desk fees and then something just called fees were added in. I wish you would just quote the price per night with no surprises. And the receipt I received on check out does not give me a final price. So I have no idea how the room actually cost per night. But I suspect it was too much for the room we were in.

We stayed for 2 nights because we came in to see Fluffy on July 18, 2025. Overall we had an amazing time and found everything to be excellent except our shower was a bit gross/moldy. Also, the parking garage guy was kind rude when we came in to self-parking. Also, once you are off casino grounds and walk around some areas are very sketchy to be in. But we would definitely return for another show! Had a great time!

Seen Gabriel Iglesias on july 18th. Show was good place was clean ans friendly. But the room!!!, I have not smelled a room like that ever in a hotel. It had a strong smell of old urine and alchohal that was musty and thick in the air , like a frat house carpet that never gets cleaned. The kind of musty stink of an old dirty room that makes you feel gross just being in it. We were just onetime for the show, i did not have time to take it to the front desk. After the show i was running on being up for 30 hours on 2 hours sleep because of my shift and the 3 hour drive, that i just crashed after the show and left asap in the morning. I will not be spending that type of money again on a room there. Grab a super 8, its just as clean in the room.

Our stay at this property was wonderful. The parking garage is under construction and seems very hazardous finding your way to the elevator with cars zipping in and out and limited places to walk. It was tiring walking through the entire casino to check in and then back to the elevators to get to our room but after that? Flawless visit. Our room was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean with incredible views and also luxuriously appointed. The casino was- like all casinos, but all staff we were in contact with were very helpful and friendly. We ate a late night snack from Tim Hortons and also lunch at Cafe 377 the next day and both provided great service and delicious food! We will definitely be back!

they would not let me change my check in date even though they had plenty of rooms .I gave them plenty of notice but they would not budge . I am truly pissed . I was charged twice for a one night stay .I will never stay there again because this should not be the way a customer or guest should be treated .
