when I arrived was told the room we reserved was damaged due to water actually was three floors. we came in from Toronto to Windsor for a concert and did nit have a room ended up at the Caesars costing us double the fee. heard so much about the new hotel and was completely disappointed.. they did not even accommodate us for the difference I had to pay for a last minute more expensive room. As all the hotels in the area were fully booked. Also they got me a cab to my new hotel and did not even compensate that, after explaining that I took a 4 hour train and walked an hour to get there.

Great hotel and service.

Great room and service. Parking garage attached to the hotel was convenient. We had a view of the riverwalk parkway and the Detroit skyline. Hotel was clean and quiet.

We stayed on the 17 floor and could still hear the music from the striking employees next door , horns honking all day and night . Hotel should have explained this was going on prior to visit we paid extra for a room with a view that ended up being the most in comfortable area of the hotel

I would like to give a shout out to the parking attendant who works in the lot on the 7 pm to 3 am shift. He was very friendly and helpful on the 3-4 occasions we met him. We drive an oversrived vehicle and he helped us find a suitable parking spot when we arrived, very tired, from travelling.

homeless people hanging out front and stains on the floor with a sign saying we know its there but we placed you here anyway for almost $400/ night. when we complained to the staff they said it wasn't going to bother us after i said we didn't want a room with a stained floor and didn't pay for one with a stain. we picked the Hilton to avoid this nonsense.
we asked for one without a stain and were brushed off
