Good hotel

Stayed for one night, a quick family trip. During check-in they offered me an upgrade, I said no as it was too expensive and they didn't push me on it. I was early for check-in and the room wasn't ready so we had to return. When we returned, they did upgrade our room for free which was very nice of them. Had a view of the falls and the fireworks. Breakfast was nice but it get's busy, suggest you go early if you can. The pool was nice and the hot tub was large. The parking situation wasn't the best, if you don't opt for the valet or VIP you have to park off site, a 3-4 minute drive away, and take a shuttle bus. Aside from that, good hotel. A little bit of a walk to get to Clifton area, 15 min or so.

Probably the worst 4 stars hotel I have ever been. The only really good point was an amazing Niagara Falls view (I paid for a partial view and got a completely view from the horseshoe fall). They do not make the room if you will stay for 3 nights or less, they have many elevators but the hotel was so full that was possible to wait for 10 minutes or more to get down to the lobby. The breakfast was ok, but also so crowded that was possible to wait in line around 15-20 minutes or more to be seated. And when I arrived the room had a pretty bad odor that I needed to ask for a neutralized spray. I would not recommend.

Don't make the same mistake, skip this hotel, no free spot to park your car minimum spot for 70$ per night, free wifi is horrible and you must pay 15$ per night to connect with a good connection, if you want to use your cell phone data you can't get any coverage, The reason of the highest of hotel, the breakfast is garbage and u will wait on thr line to get breakfast, the elevator always busy and u will stay 10 minutes to get ride, you feel like homeless how the staff treating you, no cleaner at morning even u call the reception they answer your call but without any action, this is the worst hotel I've ever seen, don't waste your time and your money.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, close to shops and restaurants. The view was amazing. My one complaint is the elevator situation. To take an elevator down took us 30 minutes. We had no choice but to wait because of our luggage. There were 5 elevators but only came to take us down.
