With what a room night costs, I’d like to see comp breakfast coffee in the lobby and make up remover wipes in the rooms. I didn’t enjoy how stressed out the breakfast waiters were. The maitre D was great and Ryan and Henry at the front desk were great too. This property can easily do better with what they charge.

This location is excellent, the staff were very welcoming and the hotel was clean. The elevators were not in great condition, but other than that the hotel is excellent. It's walking distance to many things downtown and I felt very safe in this area even at night.

Lovely hotel and location. Front desk staff were great. Pool was small and there was swimming lessons going on every time we went to use it during our 7 nights stay. During the lessons you were asked to share the pool with the instructors which made it very difficult with kids. The rooms were up to date, clean but fairly small.

This is a nice hotel in downtown Toronto. A good place to stay to have access to the downtown attractions. A good value for what they offer. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was attentive and welcoming. I would consider staying here again for the next time I visit Toronto. (Also the free cookies are a nice treat)
