Staff were extremely nice! I also liked the security measures this hotel has in place. You must use your keycard to enter the hotel at night and need to scan it in order to use the elevator. Will definitely book this hotel again next time I’m in Toronto!

Staff was very courteous, facility was clean, and we look forward to staying at DoubleTree again soon. A few feedback notes: the much appreciated front desk cookies were dry and overheated, the shower faucet diverter in room 411 wasn't pulling completely, and the Hemisphere servers were wonderfully pleasant and quick to help, however, I believe more server training would go a long way as I was bounced between tables.
