Close to Eaton Center. Not great restaurant choices in the area. Chinese restaurant in the hotel was very good but really expensive. The front desk staff was very helpful. Unusual to not have bell staff to help with bags. Parking was very tight, even with a small SUV.

I had to go to a separate floor for ice so less and cleaning knocked on the door about an hour before check out so less 1 star. Staff was great and I had a separate room booked for a friend and they were super helpful getting it all set up. All in all as expected for a D Tree.

Room was clean and nice - but the welcoming staff on checkin, and then coming in out of the rain after the concert we walked back from the staff offered us a nice warm cookie and one extra for my son really left an impression for his first visit to the big city. We'll be back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at the Doubletree. We were unable to check in early, but our bags were stored and we were texted when a room became available. The front desk agent was pleasant and friendly. The porter, Jing, was very friendly and helpful. Check in included delicious cookies! The room was spacious and clean. The amenities were wonderful. We found the bed to be very comfortable and clean. The hotel was busy but we felt appreciated. The entire staff seemed to love their job and this was reflected to the guests. We were able to avail of a late check out. The lobby was clean and large enough to accommodate guests waiting for check in, check out, or transportation. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

I had a quick business trip to Toronto during which I stayed at the Double Tree by Hilton. My check-in was seamless, the gentleman who checked me in was excellent and the warm cookie provided was a nice treat. The room was great too. I would absolutely stay at this property again.

Good location, nice room, friendly staff. They will book you a car to the airport for $65 flat fee. When we arrived at the airport the driver demanded $96. We paid but decided to call the hotel to let them know. The hotel took this very seriously and will refund us the difference. I was impressed with how they dealt with this problem.

The whole experience was excellent. Friendly and helpful front desk staff, clean and modern rooms, very comfortable beds and linens. Location in downtown Toronto is perfect for getting around to various attractions. Buffet breakfast was so good. I would love to stay here again when I’m in Toronto.
