Close to Eaton Center. Not great restaurant choices in the area. Chinese restaurant in the hotel was very good but really expensive. The front desk staff was very helpful. Unusual to not have bell staff to help with bags. Parking was very tight, even with a small SUV.

very busy when we arrived but staff were courteous and helpful. Room was pretty clean, but bathtub in the room was worn and old looking. Bed mattress was too soft. Understand the bathtubs are slowly being removed for stand alone showers. This will be unfortunate as my wife prefers baths, so we only get rooms with tubs.

The room was cozy and clean. The shower/sink water was coming out cloudy from the faucet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, I did not like the parking situation and the fact that you had to pay $45 to park in the hotel parking garage. Staff was friendly. Overall, not terrible.

Timothy was great at check in but there was a tour group of 300 checking in at same time and they weren’t prepared even though was booked 7 months ago. They originally told me could be 2 hours unexceptable as they said check in begins at 4 does that mean checkout begins at 11 and I can check out 2 hours later. Thankfully Timothy took care of me and I only had to wait 30 minutes but I was not happy with the managers help which was not much he told me to go to the game and I could check back after.
