This property is clean, check in was quick and easy. The parking was onsite, walking distance from many shops, markets, and parliament hill. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, young family with 2 younger kids ages 6-9, they too liked the hotel and pool. Only feedback, pool area could be better lighting, as very dim.

Really comfortable and spacious. I requested a quiet and they gave me a quiet one facing the court yard. Good security as you need the room key to get into main entrance- good set up for the downtown area where there are many homeless people. Location is convenient.

The room was decent and bed and pillows comfy. The in-room fridge was making an awful noise so I figured out how to turn it off. Also, I didn’t realize the room faced York Street, which was loud outside until 10.30 pm. I would have preferred and interior room. I had some trouble with the WiFi and card key but the staff was kind and helpful. Finally, hotel rooms are expensive! It’s hard to believe that from check-in at 7pm until departure the next morning that a sleep & shower is $300. I will be looking for more affordable options next time.
