WHAT A NIGHTMARE AT CHECK IN....!! BEWARE!! MY COMPANY DEBIT CARD WAS CHARGED 6 TIMES IN LESS THAN 2 MINUTES. OVER $6,000.00 THEN THEY SAID THE CARD WAS DECLINED. THEN I GAVE A PERSONAL CARD AND HE TRIED TO DO THE SAME THING. HE CHARGED ME TWICE $2000. THE CARD WAS ACCEPTED. WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE. IT TOOK SEVEN DAYS FOR THE CHARGES TO CLEAR MY ACCOUNT AND BE CREDITED BACK. HE DID THE SAME THING TO MAN AHEAD OF ME THEN SAID HE COULD'NT HELP HIM. 2 AM THE GUY SAT IN THE LOBBY... TERRIABLE CHECK-IN BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.

The shuttle was not working on our first stay and needed to pay an extra for the van because of the amount of luggage. If the shuttle doesnt run the hotel should cover for the full expected service. The second stay was even worse because the shuttle was running but waited forever until I decided to call a cab due to the time (past midnight). To be told at the hotel that they were not giving voucher because the shuttle was running. The staff started to argue saying I should have call back which I did without answer. Really disappointed, will not return there.

We're supposed to get free breakfast but was charged for it . Then when we showed them that resort credit was included in our Expedia stay that would not honour it . Our flight got cancelled so we requested 45 minutes extension on checkout and they said no and harassed us to check out. Housekeeping manager was at our door at 10:30 am asking us when we were leaving so they could clean our room when checkout is not until 11am! Renovations are understandable and no big deal, but they don't allow any uber eats or food delivery but they have no food for lunch causing us to have to pay for a uber and leave every time we wanted to eat . Very disappointing stay

The room was spacious, clean with lots of room for luggage. Had a great flatbtead for supper while my hibbie was disappointed with his steak sandwich. The meat was tough, the juice was nice but the bin was awful. The gentleman who served us was good .
