The Business Inn is in a great location. Right off Elgin Street with access to lots of great food and drink options. Also not too far of a walk to the Parliament buildings, multiple museums, various attractions, and the canal. Rooms are starting to show their age but nice and quiet. The included breakfast is excellent with many cold and hot options for guests. Great way to fuel up before you start your day.

The service was great and friendly. The rooms were very clean. This hotel has many great amenities such as free laundry service and an amazing breakfast buffet. The location is also very convenient. Only criticism is that the room looks a little dated and lacks some modern amenities.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only thing I would improve is the hallways, as they were often cluttered with carts, which took away a bit from the otherwise tidy atmosphere. Other than that, everything was great and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Parking is a little difficult outside especially the one we had 15 Back up you would hit the gate(bar) that is down, one of the workers used key to lift. He was the one that said we would hit the gate, it’s a bit crammed, other then that love the room.

The signature suite was fantastic- large and the price was excellent. We appreciated the discount for green housekeeping. The complimentary breakfast was the best we’ve ever experienced - basically a full breakfast with snack take- aways - definitely exceeding our expectations. The only drawback was the rooms located on levels 1-3 . Very confusing to locate and exit . Would recommend only to book on levels 4 and up . We will definitely book to stay again .

My stay was excellent. Staff were polite and incredibly helpful. I was upgraded free of charge and the room was fantastic. I don’t think I’ve ever slept in such a big bed! would absolutely stay again!
