Check in was a bit difficult. Staff didn’t like that we used a third party booking. There was no valet parking. Off site parking was available for cheaper price if paid at the hotel instead of at the parking lot. That was not told to us. My reservation said 3:00 check in but at the hotel it wasn’t till 4:00. Staff was very friendly after check in. Room was clean.

Bathroom floor was dirty when we arrived (muddy footprints on floor and b in the shower). Still wasn't cleaned the next day. We put down towels. Speaking of.... When we got to the broom no bath towels were provided. Breakfast was pretty minimal as well. Shower for was not attached firmly flopped loose

Had a great stay! The Front Office staff were so friendly and welcoming — they really set the tone for a positive experience. Housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping everything clean, and the room was comfortable and relaxing. The bathroom could use a little updating, but it was clean and functional. Overall, a very pleasant stay with excellent service!

Upon arrival, we were informed that there was self parking in the back of the hotel, which I thought was included with the stay until I got an email 30 minutes before arrival telling me otherwise . They had valet signs out front with no valet to be found. Parking in the back of the building was $50 a day (Not included) The room was very tight, the bathroom could use updating as well. We got locked out of our room due to the fob not working twice. Staff was nice. Bring lots of $$ if coming to NOLA. You’ll need it. Just not for us. I’m sure others will enjoy their stay though.

Hotel was ok but rooms were not clean at all. Walking barefoot in the hotel room left my feet black like I’d been walking on the street outside. I waited in the lobby 20 minutes to check in because the front desk was unattended. I even called the hotel repeatedly trying to get someone to assist but got no answer. My card was double charged for my stay and I had to call my bank to dispute the charge because the girl who answered the phone when I called the hotel was rude and hung up in my face. I’ll never stay here again.

The room was fine. Bathroom had hair, makeup on the walls. The seal around the main door was loose/broken. Our neighbors played music at an extreme volume at all times. There was spoiled milk in the refrigerator at breakfast that my husband drank and almost threw up at the table.
