With NEW everything, including new extra comfortable beds and furnishings, new stainless appliances, and 3 big flat screen TV. Also included are free fast internet, free Amazon Prime and Roku TV/movies, free multi cars parking on premises plus off street, and an office space with a desktop computer for work or play.

Note: Outside security cameras with 24-HR monitoring are provided for your safety and security, and to verify the right guests are at the house.

Located about 9 miles from Downtown, Bourbon St, the French Quarter, and Jazz Fest.

I took my mother and her sisters to New Orleans for our annual trip. We enjoyed our stay and the house is beautiful. They wee all able to get around in the houses with their walkers with ease. We would differently stay again.

My company and I were very pleased with this vacay rental. The house was very clean. The space is accommodating for a large group. The owner thought about the aesthetics very carefully, the interior decorum is aesthetically pleasing. Our host Mike was attentive and corresponded with me in a timely fashion. We enjoyed our stay and would book again!
