"Room: Stale odor (stunk) Lighting: Dark - wall light couldn’t turn off had to unplug. TV : difficult to work Bedding: EXTREMELY OLD - odor to them Door: inside lock broken off wall needed new screws I forgot Toothbrush: No toothbrushes to purchase. Attendant (man) 8:00 am said we have no toothbrushes they haven’t stocked. He wouldn’t try to find one for purchase. I was so dissatisfied I left on Thursday did not return— I paid for 2 nights —- extremely poor All the way around. I will never recommend or ever stay there again."

"Mold all over the bathroom walls and ceiling and “other” stains on the lower portions of the walls. Also, when requesting for a late check out, we were told that we have to ask in the morning because the decision maker wasn’t there in the middle of the day, the day prior to departure. Then when we called the following morning to request it, instead of saying something like, “that is possible, and there’s a fee” she literally said, “it’s going to cost you.” Weird! it turns out that it’s only $100 an hour and we needed one extra hour. So we paid it. But that was just weird."

"Paid over $500 a night on this room because it was festival season and it was not worth it. I reserved a Standard Room on Hotels.com and even special requested a room not on the 1st floor, but was still given an Accessible Room that was near the elevators and front lobby. The room had a bad smell (like dirty, old clothes coming from the closet), the floor was dirty, and bathroom was not clean. I didn't book a run of the house, so I felt that it was unfair to price and advertise their rooms at "standard" for $500 a night when it was run of the house (determined at check-in). I wouldn't have stayed here if I had known that my standard room was not guaranteed and not as advertised. The staff was not helpful in assisting a room change. Not a single staff member say good morning except for the one lady who worked at the front desk in the morning."
