Very clean and friendly front desk staff. The rooms facing the side empty lot were a bit noisy. A loud vent nearby but overall, a great location and I appreciated the clean hotel room.

The rooms were clean and felt relaxing. You can tell that a lot of thought was put into this hotel. The staff was friendly, there was a housekeeper that seen me struggling with luggage cart and she didn’t hesitate to stop what she was doing to help me, I wish I had gotten her name. Paulina checked me in, and she definitely stood out to me. Her customer service is above and beyond. She was very attentive/informative to all her guest and she makes you feel like she genuinely wants you to have a great stay. The other young lady at the front desk in the morning was also very helpful. Good stay all around. Only improvement I’d say is needed is a make up light.

Lupita, Beatrice, and Paulina truly made our stay 10000/10! From the moment we arrived, the wonderful team at The Dunes were there to help us. When our original accommodations fell through, we last minute booked a room here. By the time we made it to the hotel, we were exhausted from a long day of travel and one of us had a migraine. Lupita and Beatrice jumped right into action by grabbing a fan for the room and providing us with so many little things we forgot to pack. The next day, Paulina was able to get us into a different room that was more accommodating for the migraine, which felt like a lifesaver. The hotel was very clean, the pool was great, everyone was so nice and the location couldn’t be better! By the time we had to check out, we didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to visit again!
