Book a hotel near El Paseo Shopping District, South Palm Desert

"Entire hotel needs complete overhaul. Furniture worn out and in bad shape, sink in kitchenette did not work, bathroom door was so badly damaged it didn’t close properly and entire bottom was peeling off. In the four nights we stayed, we never once received housekeeping even when out of the room for over 11 hours. "

She was very courteous and also recommended a couple restaurants that I went to. When I open my my hotel room. I was not expecting what I saw. It was huge very clean. Had a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator. I definitely will be back. Great job deep Canyon."

"Bathroom had low pressure had to flush multiple times to flush all the way, air conditioner was so noisy. Condensation was dripping by vent near front door. "

"The resort was lovely, clean and well cared for. Location was perfect. Sadly, we got a room overlooking the garbage dumpsters. I guess somebody has to get that room, but it was kind of an awful view. Strangely, the gentleman who checked in my husband told him he had upgraded our room. The room is exactly what we paid for with a horrific view."
