"I see now why I was able to stay for such a low price. The property is largely abandoned. I saw very few guests during my stay. In fact, we had the pool all to ourselves when we arrived. Everything is outdated, except for the workout facility and sauna. It was over 100 degrees when we were there so we mostly used the pool. The main restaurant serves overpriced cafeteria food but we did have a very nice server. Overall I wasn’t impressed and probably wouldn’t stay here again."

"The bathroom had a dead worm full of blood on the bathroom floor, we asked for some one to pick us up to take us to front desk to pick up our food no one showed up, the day of the check out house keepers were knocking at our door at 10:30 rushing us when check out time is at 11! To end our trip I left my sun glasses in the bathroom sadly were not returned."

"We were charged for a bunch of things we didn’t use as well as double charged for resort fees. The prices are definitely steep and they were understaffed. The pools are small and were cloudy. The sound proofing is also poor. The staff was nice and the room was clean."

"Hotel is very outdated. The check in time is 4pm, we missed the DJ because check in is so late and it ends at 5. By the time we got in our room they were done. Honestly next time I rather spend more money and get a cleaner, newer room. Glad we only spend one night there."
