Property was amazing. Didn’t like that they open the pool for people that were not hotel guest. It’s already a large property. Could not get a seat by the pool as it was beyond crowded. However me and my bestie we still made the best of it, listen to the dj and manage to at least do a quick dip in the water. I loved being able to grab a drink, everyone was so nice. Didn’t like the surprise $75 refundable for incidentals per night. But got it back. Just was an added surprise I didn’t expect. Plenty of shopping places for food and coffee. We stopped to eat close by and at El jefe on side. Delicious. Vies were amazing and this hotel is such a Barbie dream :)

The walls were dirty in the room and bathroom. There was no air conditioning in the hotel hallways so it was extremely hot! The elevator was extremely small and the walls were paper thin, you could hear your neighbor at all times.

Very nice staff , but we got charged more for the cleaning fee than the room ?? Insane We booked the room for the midnight pool party and it did not happen no bar and dj. It was a birthday celebration was cute and fun but wouldn’t recommend

Bad Check In process

The biggest issue was the check in and room key. First the lady who check us in insisted that I only have 1 room booked. I showed our bookings confirmation from hotels.com 2x with all our information and she said she just new and haven’t work with a hotel that uses hotels.com. I don’t what happened after 20mins and a long line behind she finally found our second room. Next issue was our room badges. We keep loosing access even if we just used. Going to the front desk multiple times. Finally we told the a friendly cleaning lady about heard about our situation. And she’s told that you shouldn’t put it next to your phone or credit card. Errr Imagine the lady in front desk cared to tell us in the beginning or after 2nd time we ask to reactivate then we could have save some annoyance throughout our trip. No ice machine working. Bed felt cozy, Free breakfast was good, and pool vibes were good.

Had regular towel service but not maid cleanings. But stay was awesome from pool to regular. We chose this weekend for a birthday trip and I didn’t realize the DJ would be at the pool all day. So if your going over a holiday make sure to ask for a room farther away unless your their to party lol. Cause it’ll keep you up. But we loved it.
