Start with the smell of lobby and room was horrible like sewer! The room was very outdated, couch was dirty and holes in the sheets! The front desk recommended the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to! Terrible food that made me sick with men dressed like women. It was not a good experience overall and definitely overpriced!!

The room looked old stained furniture was broken. The beds were uncomfortable, you’re supposed to be in hospitality. There was no valet parking no instructions where to park reception is never instructed us where to park.

It was nice being in downtown but the hotel is outdate. Pictures are misleading. When I got to my room the couches were old and dirty. They need to put new furniture and clean the rooms better. My sheets had stain.

Yhe front desk staff was a little lackadaisical. The cleaning staff was great. The hotel needed a lot of TLC. Our bathroom sink was not workink well. When you turned on the hot water there was major water leakage. One of the televisions in our room didn't work. All in all the stay was O.K.
