2.5 star property in reality
If you’re expecting a 4 star resort you’ll be disappointed. Food and beverage are low quality and priced high. Rooms are NOISY, we could hear conversations in neighbouring rooms. Towels, bedding, pillows are all lower end. Definitely more of a motel vibe than hotel / resort.

The property was nice , most staff were polite . I was dissatisfied that there is no room service , I ordered and canceled but they called and said food was ready for pickup . Room service should be available with time restrictions . That was the only disappointment. The facilities is nice and room was great .

A three start hotel masquerading as four/five star. Great location, but a badly maintained property, managed by unfriendly staff. The outside paint was old, and the inside hallway stank of mold and cigarette smoke from bygone era. The hotel was half empty, but they refused to change the room. The room assigned to us faced the railroad tracks, which meant frequently whistling Amtrak trains. Unfortunately, it was very windy outside, so naturally the unkept tree branches kept scratching on the window pane....a great way to be woken up in the middle of the night.

Poor house keeping!
I stayed for 4 nights. The day I arrived was fine. Next day when I returned back into my room, it was fine again. However the next day, after returning in the afternoon, (2:30 pm) my room was not made up. I had to flag down the house keeper. On 3/23/24, after spending the day and getting into the room at 8:30 pm, there was nothing done to my room. I contacted the house keeping service requesting for the essentials. Also during the night, the shower shelf fell out which frightening me.

Exceptional property. Only downside was $40 parking fee (self park) per night as well as $35 resort fee per night - ouch! It was a really nice, well staffed, maintained and comfortable resort and I’d stay again if in SB (i just don’t plan to park there!!)
