The staff was super nice and helpful when we asked questions about the property and our reservations status. A little bummed that the photos miss lead us in booking our stay here over others. Photos looked newly furnished bedrooms, bathroom and family room. Our room was outdated and a little rundown. Hotels and Inn's will always have noisy neighbors, but it was extremely noisy here as the walls are super thin. The shower didn't work to well with the hot or cold water. There wasn't a happy medium temperature wise. It's either all the way cold or all the way hot when the dial is turned that direction. All in all, the stay was comfortable enough for us to enjoy the pool and a nights sleep.

Great time in Santa Barbara

We had a great stay with the family. Was glad i was able to upgrade to a family room. Room was very roomy. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Loved the location since we had restaurants around and bus stops. Breakfast was good.

The shower curtain barely reached the threshold of the shower. The toilet had difficulty flushing. The carpet is dirty and dated. My reservation seems to have been lost in the system, perhaps by hotels.com. The container holding the body lotion fell off the wall and was empty in any case.
